Amar Hanspal
Co-founder and CEO
Amar spent three decades at Autodesk, most recently as Co-CEO and Chief Product Officer, working with people designing everything from cars to buildings.
Brian Mathews
Co-founder and CTO
Brian led platform engineering at Autodesk before co-founding Motif. He's spent his career on the technical foundations that let design software run at the scale and complexity real buildings demand.
Amar and Brian were joined early on by Matt Jezyk (previously at Autodesk, Tesla, and Rivian) and Lira Nikolovska (previously at Philips Design, Autodesk, and Bright Machines).
Between the founding team and everyone who’s joined since, Motif has more than 300 years of combined experience building BIM software.
